As of now, there are 2,704 questions on Piqosity. As we prepare for a public go-live, our contributors are rushing to post the equivalent of 10 full-length practice tests in the ACT, SAT, and ISEE:

We added 397 questions over the last week, which is our quickest pace since we started keeping track a whopping 3 weeks ago. We added 105 questions on the SAT and 324 questions in ISEE. We made no progress on ACT. Yours truly made big progress in ISEE. The SAT question pace is up slightly from last week. The SAT questions take substantially longer than the ISEE questions as a) we’re having to create them vs. copy and paste and b) we also have offline student needs, which remain a paid priority.

We won’t start to tackle the ACT in earnest until we’re finished with ISEE (about 650 more questions to go) and make more progress on SAT. One tutor is tasked with 125 questions but he’s also studying for his Texas teacher certification test.

Here’s What You Can Do Right Now with Piqosity Assessments

  • For the ACT, students can work through the math sections from the 2015 and 2013 previously released ACTs; there are also answer explanations
  • For the SAT, students can work through the equivalent of 3.4 full-length tests, minus the verbal sections (Evidence Based Reading and Writing)
  • For the ISEE, students can work through the equivalent of 12.7 full-length tests, minus the Reading Comprehension sections

By the time we’re finished with ISEE, we’ll have overshot our target with the equivalent of nearly 17 full-length practice tests.

Kannan promises me that he’ll finish coding the passage-based-question tools by this weekend.  Once he finishes and we debug, we’ll finally be able to say definitely that we have full-length tests uploaded.

Add Your Own Questions

This process might go faster if we had a little help. Feel free to upload your own questions! There are more than 35 K-12 courses outlined on Piqosity.

Upload your own questions in everything from SAT to Physics to World History and create customized quizzes that you can send to your students or friends and family.

After taking your quiz, students will get instant results included answer explanations, detailed analysis, and norm-referencing.

And now I need to find a way to avoid the motorcades as the Republican presidential candidates roll into town for tonight’s debate (do primary contenders even get motorcades?).
